The Equities and xStocks team The Equities and xStocks team is a full‑stack team behind the new Equities and Tokenized equities offering at Kraken, available on mobile and web applications. The product allows our clients to invest in traditional equities and tokenized equities, broadening access to global markets, especially for users in regions without traditional brokerage infrastructure or high friction.
The opportunity
Own the product roadmap and execution for your team and contribute to developing the product roadmap in line with our vision.
Actively prioritize the backlog and contribute to pre‑planning, prioritization and user story mapping sessions.
Triage bugs, user feedback and internal feedback to prioritize work for engineering teams.
Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested.
Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for products to engage traders, investors and institutions, while performing research to gain market insights across the industry.
Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes to scope, timelines and resources.
Define, track and analyze KPIs to understand product performance and client behaviour, guiding data‑driven product development.
Skills you should have
5+ years of Product Management experience.
First‑hand experience working across cryptocurrency and traditional markets.
Background working with User Experience and Design.
Ability to convey business requirements to technical colleagues and vice versa.
Strong quantitative and analysis skills.
Passion, self‑driven and intellectually honest.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to distill complex ideas.
Nice to have
Experience working in fast‑paced environments or startups.
Experience working in a regulated environment and collaborating with legal and compliance.
Understanding of margin trading, futures, FX, options, trading backend systems and flow‑of‑funds.
