What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as primary support for Inventory Supply Analysts, researching vendor product availability and investigating carrier status
Follow up on interbranch orders and DC Purchase Orders with potential receiving issues
Update supplier backorder and cancellation details, and manage location (DC) mailboxes
Create Off Cycle Vendor POs and Interbranch POs for the Active At-Risk team
Review Salesforce application cases daily and provide information for customer backorder reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 0-2 years of inventory supply experience, including supply chain planning, inventory management, or operations
Demonstrated ability to manage large amounts of data and multi-task effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at various organizational levels
Proficiency in Excel, other MS Office applications, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing, fast-paced team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Proven ability to develop relationships with large, demanding customers
Strong organizational and influencing skills
Flexibility to support multiple projects and meet deadlines
Results-oriented work ethic with the ability to work independently
