Project Manager – Gideon Construction
Gideon Constructors, a commercial general contractor headquartered in Valdosta, GA, is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to oversee multi‑family construction projects from inception through closeout. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Valdosta, GA and travel to projects as needed.
Location: Valdosta, GA, 31602
Base Pay Range $85,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management software
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 5‑years experience as a Project Manager
Experience with Procore is preferred
