The Opportunity
As a CACI‑SOAS USAREUR‑AF Operations Integrator you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other intelligence related mission partners as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. More About the Role
Embed at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Position is contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work‑Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required. Responsibilities
Establish processes for the operational intelligence within the AOR as well as enemy actions that could affect partner forces in the near term. Establish protocols partner calls and other exchanges, summarizing partner exchanges and facilitating partner RFIs. Develop protocols for the Battlespace Awareness that needs to be consistently updated within 24–48‑hour intelligence picture. Develop procedures for collecting and reporting requirements and procedures, recognition techniques, and assessing offensive and defensive weapon system capabilities. Develop procedures for the Battlespace Update Brief to senior leaders. Establish the RFI processes to move RFIs through internal and external offices. Create protocols for common intelligence tools. Establish procedures for multiple forms of intelligence into a coherent operational picture for senior military leaders. Develop procedures for the FDO requirements and security requirements when dealing with partner exchanges. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school. A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing a DoD program similar in scope and complexity to this TO. Current "Top Secret/SCI" Security Clearance. Desired
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with intelligence services support, intelligence technologies, intelligence life cycle, or military operations. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a site lead and/or managing intelligence analysis, operations and planning, security support, and information systems operation, maintenance, and sustainment in both garrison and non‑garrison environments. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing performance‑based line of efforts and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations. What You Can Expect
