Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and process efficiency. They leverage creative expertise through floor‑set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. Assistant Managers serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
