Overview

General Purpose Perform a variety of routine activities to support the operations team. Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities M-F 2pm-10:30pm Input production data into spreadsheets, databases, and/or systems Maintain production reports, files, and other documents Assist in the preparation of reports on volume of production, quality control, product yields, and other aspects of production Organize daily paperwork such as palletizer reports, downtime sheets, operator logs, and put-up sheets Compile necessary data from paperwork and produce daily production reports Inspect data for discrepancies and notify supervisor Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors Provide support to or back up roles in quality support, inventory, accounting, etc. Help to maintain accurate reconciliation of finished product inventories Prepare and compile necessary information for requested audits Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.Other duties may be assigned as required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent 0 to 1 year of operations, administrative, or related experience Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Able to use company computer systems Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, copy machine, facsimile Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented Able to follow directions and meet deadlines Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions Must be able to read, write and speak English An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
