About The Role Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

How You Will Contribute

Oversee employee performance and scheduling

Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts

Work with donors to resolve concerns

Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events

Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.

Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification

Frequent bending and reaching

Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds

Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance

Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Location: USA - TX - Harker Heights. U.S. hourly wage range: $22.19 - $30.51.
