Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
