Responsibilities

Ensure timely completion of high‑quality projects within budget constraints, conduct regular status updates, and perform end‑of‑contract cost analysis.

Review reports to determine project status and determine actions required, providing periodic status and cost analysis.

Conduct pre‑job planning meetings, document results, ensure all action items are completed, and develop and maintain project schedules that mesh with the master schedule.

Establish and execute subcontracts and equipment buy‑outs to support schedules and budgets.

Communicate all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner.

Assemble project estimates, review final estimates, and ensure proper loading into the cost system.

Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance.

Manage conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or Partners.

Identify and develop policies and procedures for continuous and aggressive improvement.

Visit job sites or on‑site offices, perform inspections, check job progress, and resolve project and contract issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

2–5 years of experience.

Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.
