What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide warm, friendly, and excellent customer service through all interactions with patients, referral sources, and staff members
Communicate directly with patients to schedule, re-schedule, and/or cancel their appointments accurately
Maintain and update patient information while ensuring a working knowledge of insurance protocols
Handle billing inquiries, collect out-of-pocket payments, and process payments accurately
Work with billing teams to correct coverage issues and communicate any insurance problems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience with insurance eligibility
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Attention to detail is a necessity
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work well in a team-driven environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
