Corium Innovations is seeking a Program Manager to manage program deliverables, timelines and budgets for internal and external development, commercial, and continuous improvement programs and projects in the pharmaceutical industry. We innovate drug delivery technologies for patients with GI system intolerance, medication adherence challenges, and needle‑phobia. Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and own Corium Innovations project management system and procedures, including Microsoft Dynamics D365 project module and the Product Development Process.
Participate as a core member of the Operations Leadership Team overseeing all site operations.
Develop project scope, budgets, and timelines with cross‑functional support and align with leadership.
Track, identify, and resolve scope changes; communicate changes to partners and secure approvals.
Manage CROs and the Clinical Trial Reports Database.
Partner with COO, CBO, and CTO on new RFPs, business proposals, site visits, and due diligence.
Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
Provide project updates to internal management and partners.
Participate in strategic planning for long‑range projects.
Review project hours and out‑of‑pocket expenses monthly; ensure accurate reporting and budget adherence.
Forecast labor hours and potential overages.
Partner with Finance on budgeting tools; lead month‑end billing and invoice authorization.
Mentor less senior program managers as needed.
Plan long‑term financial forecasts for multiple projects.
Own project management department budget with COO.
Support regulatory application submissions.
Assist with partner, ISO, or regulatory audits/inspections.
Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with partners; present executive updates.
Manage multiple projects, assess progress, and recommend actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science; MS/MBA preferred.
PMP or similar certification preferred.
10+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing pharmaceutical programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
Strong operational knowledge of product development life cycle for new and generic drugs.
Ability to interact with all organizational levels and external partners.
Strict confidentiality handling.
Detail‑oriented with self‑direction.
Coaching and constructive criticism skills.
Strategic analytical thinker with business acumen.
Decision‑making skills on resource allocation.
Team leadership experience and track record of objectives.
Long‑term planning ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
