Product Line Manager – ES Parts

and play a pivotal role in enabling profitable growth with strategic markets and global OEMs. What You’ll Do

Lead Strategy: Define and execute the regional ES strategy aligned with global objectives, driving sales growth, gross profit, and technology initiatives. Accelerate Growth: Champion new commercial developments and market opportunities to achieve >6% annual growth in strategic markets. Optimize Performance: Improve product line results through cost reduction, margin management, and portfolio expansion. Innovate: Translate customer needs into new capabilities, collaborating with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams. Collaborate Globally: Coordinate capacity utilization and strategic Capex projects across regions, ensuring alignment with global plans. Champion Sustainability: Drive recycling and sustainability initiatives in line with KAITEKI Vision 35. What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5–7 years in cross‑functional roles (sales, engineering, supply chain, operations, finance). Global exposure is a plus. Skills: Strategic thinker, strong influencer, and effective communicator across all organizational levels. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering plastics, machining, assembly, and welding. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
