Your Role at Delta Faucet The Manager, Data Science & Analytics reports to the Director of Insights and Analytics and leads a team of research and domain specialists in deploying advanced analytics across the business. You will develop advanced models, influence IoT architecture and scale data applications to support growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Reinforce data‑driven behaviors across the enterprise, moving analytic insight to actions
Explore, build and pilot analytic solutions to enhance business decisions
Craft an experimental framework, including use of artificial intelligence agents to accelerate product development
Deliver market insights to socialise product mix, competitor performance and pricing detail
Generate and synthesize economic, market and consumer insights
Develop and lead a hardworking team of analytics specialists and data scientists
Brainstorm and implement analytics initiatives that make a difference for the enterprise
Lead academic data science partnerships
Coordinate application of statistical frameworks to inform the organisation’s strategy
The role also participates in a cross‑functional leadership team influencing the architecture and development of data platforms to enable advanced data science.
Qualifications
3+ years architecting analytic solutions for sales, marketing or manufacturing
3+ years crafting data visualisations using Power BI, Python, R‑Shiny or Tableau
3+ years applied data science experience using R or Python
2+ years cross‑functional initiative experience
2+ years talent development or team‑building managerial experience
1+ year experience working with and training Artificial Intelligence models
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related field

Compensation Full‑time. Hiring range: $121,300 – $190,630. Actual compensation may vary by experience, education, location and skills.
