Own all logistics: venue selection, vendor management, sponsorships, travel, shipping, booth layout, A/V, and on‑site operations.
Manage timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional workflows to ensure flawless execution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, creative, product, leadership) to deliver event assets, demos, and materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints, including visuals, signage, presentations, and giveaways.
Build pre‑, during‑, and post‑event engagement strategies aimed at driving attendance, booth traffic, and sales conversations.
Partner with sales to ensure alignment on event outreach, lead follow‑up, and meeting scheduling.
Develop communications for invites, reminders, follow‑ups, and post‑event nurture sequences.
Track event metrics including leads, pipeline influence, attendance, engagement, and ROI.
