Compensation Base hourly rate: $14.00–$27.00 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work.
