Job Summary The Loan Administrator & Operations Specialist is responsible for processing documentation for commercial and consumer loans, coordinating with lending staff for superior customer service, handling paid offs, processing payments and advances, and maintaining loan files. The role includes assisting customers with loan inquiries, reviewing daily reports, scanning documentation, and performing various administrative tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
Processes documentation for commercial and consumer loans
Works directly with lending staff to ensure superior customer service
Processes paid off loans
Processes loan payments and advances
Coordinates with County offices and Insurance Companies to obtain proof of insurance and paid real estate tax receipts
Maintains commercial loan files, including filing of proof of insurance notices, financial statements, and customer tax returns
Assists customers by phone and in-person with loan questions
Keeps commercial and real estate loan files in order
Reviews daily reports
Scans financial statements, tax returns and other documentation
Performs receptionist and teller duties as needed
Other duties as assigned
