This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who not only has strong architectural skills, but also thrives in relationship-building and project communication.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of project development, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Manage weekly meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and guide the design process.
Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit and other relevant software.
Conduct research and analysis of building codes, regulations, and site conditions.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Qualifications
Professional education in Architecture.
3+ years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships.
Ability to lead productive, professional client meetings.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
