Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Parts Manager to join our Ripon depot. The role involves coordinating parts distribution, maintaining inventory quality, and managing a small team.
Responsibilities
Execute parts processes and maintain organization of the parts department.
Coordinate and distribute workload to maximize parts sales.
Maintain commercial approach to stock quality and quantities.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to secure best cost pricing.
Submit parts warranty and return claims within required timeframe.
Ensure branch performance is met and develop, train and manage team.
Deliver quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
3 to 5 years’ experience in the parts business.
Ability to lead and motivate others.
Ability to analyse and interpret internal reports.
Ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions.
High level of communication and human relations.
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
