Lead, Call Center – AEG Vision
Join the team as a Lead for our Call Center, responsible for providing direction, supervision, and appraisal of employees.
Location: Dallas, Texas, USA
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for performing assigned Call Center and related support functions.
Daily: Schedule consults, perform recall calls, maintain tracking, reschedule no-shows, update returned cards, deliver mail, and handle live chat across locations.
Weekly: Produce reports on revenue, forecast scheduling needs, prepare no‑show report.
Monthly: Customer tracking, run recall initiatives, provide call center overview, maintain communication with other departments, keep management informed, attend meetings, ensure work area cleanliness.
Oversee call floor, answer questions/training for managers and lead.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to multitask.
HIPAA compliant.
