ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an Associate BI / Data Engineer to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This role focuses on building and automating Power BI dashboards, integrating data from modern cloud platforms such as Snowflake, and delivering actionable insights that support payment integrity and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is eager for hands‑on experience, structured mentorship, and exposure to enterprise‑scale data environments. You will work closely with senior analytics engineers and business stakeholders, gaining experience with modern data platforms and a clear growth path through Brooksource’s Elevate program. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives Integrate data from Snowflake and other cloud‑based data sources to support business needs Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Support dashboards and analytics for payment integrity and SIU teams, including daily claims, analyst productivity, and value‑realization reporting Translate business requirements into clear, actionable analytics solutions Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to deliver impactful insights Utilize SQL, Python scripting, and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and automation tasks Build and maintain operational dashboards supporting business partners across the organization WHAT YOU BRING
Experience with Power BI dashboard development Strong SQL skills (preferably with Snowflake) Exposure to Python scripting for automation and data manipulation Interest in analytics and data visualization Experience automating reporting workflows (nice to have) Databricks experience or willingness to learn (training provided) Prior exposure to healthcare, claims, or financial data (nice to have) Ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions Strong collaboration and communication skills WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
