The Rewards Operations team is responsible for operational support and oversight of the Rewards One Platform and processes. Our team ensures that customers are earning, redeeming and having their rewards fulfilled in the most efficient, compliant and customer friendly manner. As a Project Manager and Operations SME, you will influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to identify and execute process improvements, monitor process health and develop/execute vendor strategies. An important part of this role will be to maintain relationships with fulfillment vendors that enable the best possible outcomes for COF and for our cardholders. You will be challenged to excel and lead alongside the brightest talent in the industry.

You will also ensure that rewards processes are documented and run in a well-managed way, by contributing to risk assessments, audits and the ongoing testing of our controls and processes.

We are seeking dedicated, disciplined professionals with a curiosity to understand how both technology and people interact within the Rewards processes to consistently deliver positive customer experiences. Success in this role will require the ability to adapt to change quickly, create efficiencies and to influence decisions with both internal and external stakeholders.

General Responsibilities

Monitoring the execution of existing Rewards processes, including appropriate earn and redemption options to ensure customer satisfaction

Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives

Collecting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives

Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activities

Tracking and resolving process breakdowns

Understanding customers’ needs of the process and driving process improvements

Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams

Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions

May lead a team and/or direct others on projects

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least two years of experience in Process or Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

Experience in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

1+ years of Compliance or Risk Management experience

1+ years of Relationship Management experience

3+ years of Process or Project Management experience

Proficient in GSuite

Salary & Incentives McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project Manager

Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
