White Castle, America's first fast‑food restaurant, is over 103 years old and is looking for friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. The role involves organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.
Responsibilities
Organize shifts and schedules.
Handle cash and operate payment systems.
Manage inventory and reduce waste.
Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
Motivate & lead the team.
Work at the cash register and drive‑thru.
Prepare orders and maintain sanitation.
Operate fryer/griddle and other kitchen equipment.
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay starting at the minimum rate listed, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications & experience.
