Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Job Title : Electrical QA/QC Inspector
Locations : 1 opening per city - Ashburn, VA. Dallas, TX. Reno NV. Charleston, SC, Atlanta, GA and Indianapolis or Fort Wayne, IN.
Travel : 100% travel Monday–Friday. For initial project, will be on same site daily in Ashburn, Dallas, Reno, Charleston, Atlanta, Indianapolis/Fort Wayne, IN and when project finishes, will travel to other projects. - Home on weekends
Schedule : Core hours: Monday–Thursday (9-hour days), Friday (half day) - Some overtime required
Salary : $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
Overtime : Straight time for any hours over 80 in a 2-week pay period
Bonus : Discretionary, based on employee and company performance (typically includes a Christmas bonus)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform quality verification inspections and documentation review during Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 commissioning steps per the project commissioning plan, specifications, and applicable codes.
L1 FAT/FWT Reports
L2 Equipment Receiving and BOL Documentation
L2 Field Installation Reports
L3 PMS and BMS Point-to-Point Verifications
L3 Energization and/or Functional Test Reports
Utilize project management and quality control software to post checklists, readiness reports, and required documentation.
Conduct inspections at major project milestones, document deficiencies, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Track and help resolve open issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and understand Energy Control Plans and Electrical Contractor LOTO Plans.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Certificate/Diploma from an accredited trade school, or County/State electrical license preferred
Experience in electrical construction or commissioning roles strongly preferred
Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical commissioning documents preferred
Ability to commit to 100% travel
Strong attention to detail and self-managed quality control
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Desire for continuous professional growth and development
