Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason is seeking a Customer Services Representative in our ambulatory clinic. The role facilitates and coordinates daily activities of the section to ensure that each patient feels respected, welcome, and comfortable.
Assist providers in administering health care through telephone answering, appointment scheduling, rooming patients, managing and communicating daily schedules.
Ensure revenue capture is complete and timely.
Communicate test results and patient concerns efficiently and timely.
Contribute to the strength of our Team Medicine approach and benefit from the Virginia Mason Production System.
Job Requirements
6 months of customer service or medical setting experience, or an associate’s degree.
Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail oriented with ability to multi‑task; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients, and physicians.
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

Pay Range $23.20 – $30.90 per hour
