Bernardi Securities, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Manager. This role supports our investment management staff by assisting with client account inquiries, performing account maintenance and updates, processing custodian service requests, managing inbound client calls, and completing various operational and administrative tasks related to servicing our diverse base of retail and institutional clients. Provide exceptional client service by responding to client account inquiries and requests. Process account openings, retitling, and amendments through designated custodians. Manage account transfers, wire and check distributions, and related documentation. Verify client trades, resolve trade discrepancies, and enter trade tickets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Salary Range
