No Tarping Required – Conestoga trailers only!
2000‑2500 miles/week – Drivers typically run 1‑3 weeks at a time, with the GOAL of getting our drivers home each week
Competitive Mileage Pay – Up to $0.68/mile (practical miles)
Extra Pay Opportunities – Short Load Premium (0–200 miles, practical miles) – $50 pick + $50 drop + mileage
$25/drop
$250/weekend layover
Hourly pay for detention and breakdown included – Starting rate of $27.07/hour, $29.48 after 6 months

What You’ll Do
Haul steel and industrial products across regional routes
Secure loads with straps and chains only – no tarping!
Deliver safely and on time to customers across the US
Handle paperwork and communicate with dispatch as needed
What You’ll Need
Valid Class A CDL
2+ years of experience with tractor‑trailers
6+ months flatbed or Conestoga experience preferred
Experience hauling steel or oversized freight a plus
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMSCA safety standards
Compliance Requirements
Possess a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets safety and insurance standards, with no disqualifying violations in the past 36 months as determined by company policy and applicable regulations.
Compliance with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, including a clear record with no violations prohibiting operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
