What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own end-to-end operational workflows for partner-sold deals, from opportunity creation through contract execution and launch
Manage partner-related processes including deal registration, approvals, pricing, commissions, and renewals
Act as the operational liaison between Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal
Create and maintain partner operational documentation, playbooks, and SOPs
Own partner channel reporting, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, commissions, and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
4–7+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
Experience supporting channel or partner sales models
Strong project management and process design skills
High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in healthcare, benefits, HR tech, or SaaS
Experience supporting broker or consultant partner models
Background in RevOps or scaling operational systems
