Drive-Thru Shift Lead – Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place
Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is seeking an experienced and motivated
Drive‑Thru Shift Lead
to oversee one of the most important parts of our business. This leader will guide our Drive‑Thru operations with excellence, motivate team members to achieve results, and create a welcoming guest experience from start to finish.
Pay Range:
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift Availability:
11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (must have full availability for this shift)

Requirements
Ability to open the restaurant
Friday and Saturday availability required
Minimum 2 years management experience
Exceptions to any requirement may be made at the discretion of the Operator
Role Responsibilities The Drive‑Thru Shift Lead’s responsibilities will be divided into four categories:
Operational Disciplines
Outside Experience: Strategy Execution
Weather Strategy
IPOS Strategy
Outside Meal Delivery Strategy
Drive‑Thru Cockpit
Tornado Bagging Strategy
Beverage/Dessert Assembly Strategy
Window Execution
Performance Expectations
Meet and exceed service time goals
Ensure order accuracy scores remain high
Achieve daily sales goals
Administrative Responsibilities
Track team member attendance
Manage resources, technology, small wares, and equipment
Plan weekly position setups, including break strategies
Conduct quarterly team member evaluations
