Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI projects from conception to completion.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and methodologies.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven approaches.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of CI efforts.
Drive cultural transformation to embed a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.
Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across various manufacturing lines or sites.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Certifications and demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex CI projects from conception to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical process control.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
Experience implementing Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles.
