Overview Be the backbone of in‑store daily operations at Diamonds Direct. This role requires passion for the jewelry industry and the drive to keep the store running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Ship and receive inventory
Oversee inventory control at the store level
Manage vendor relationships
Assist store team with merchandise questions and customer orders
Qualifications
Previous customer service and/or vendor management experience
Experience in a luxury retail jewelry environment preferred
Well organized with the ability to multi‑task
Must be able to work Saturdays
