Materials Coordinator
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Salary: $65,000–$95,000
Responsibilities
Creating purchase orders, BOMs, material IDs, vendor outreach, and coordination for materials and services across multiple plants.
Create purchase orders for vendor services and materials
Develop BOMs and material IDs for new warehouse items
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (chemists, engineers, craft personnel)
Support multiple plants in Colorado, primarily based at Cherokee plant
90-95% desk work, occasional plant visits
Exposure to industrial equipment during walkdowns
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM MT
Qualifications
7-10 years experience in material coordination or scheduling
Industrial background (power, oil & gas, heavy industry preferred)
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Suite, Excel
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid drivers license is required along with dependable transportation

Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
Technical Certification Bonus:
Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
