Opportunity
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative for an hourly, hybrid role. The position requires 2–3 days per week in our Riverside, MO office and the remainder working from home. You will promote Gallagher North America’s growth through daily interaction with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, tickets, and other communication channels, proactively managing customer orders to meet agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain updated and accurate contact records within the Gallagher (SAP) Customer Relationship Management software, including customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
Collaborate with internal functional areas and external partners to ensure smooth flows of information and materials.
Maintain a professional demeanor and an aggressive, creative, entrepreneurial spirit.
Support the goals and objectives of Gallagher’s Senior Management Team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
