Shift Manager – Dairy Queen Position Overview: The Restaurant Shift Manager provides quality customer service and prepares food products according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, enhancing the customer’s visit. The role also assists and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

1+ year(s) previous experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor/manager.

Must successfully pass a background check.

Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.
