I am working with a lovely couple with an extensive ranch in Montana, who is seeking an exceptional
Butler / Lifestyle Manager
to join their household team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a
5-star luxury hospitality and high-end private household background
who excels at anticipating needs, creating memorable guest experiences, and running a home with impeccable attention to detail.
Provide 5-Star Service in a Private Home
Deliver seamless, polished service to principals and guests
Handle table service, guest hosting, and overall guest experience
Maintain a refined, welcoming atmosphere across the property
Lifestyle & Household Management
Ensure the home is always guest‑ready
Support principals day‑to‑day when they are in residence
Assist with planning and hosting intimate gatherings and larger events
Liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors
Manage scheduling, communication, and follow‑up
Oversee household operations to keep everything running smoothly
Personal Assistance
Support with reservations, errands, scheduling, and occasional personal tasks

Someone who enjoys both elevated service and the tranquility of ranch living
