What You’ll Do
Work with a mentor to develop your own management style.
Excel beyond what is taught in textbooks.
Work hands‑on in the field with our crews.
Participate in monthly branch management meetings and review company financials.
Receive professional development opportunities to build skills and confidence.
What You’ll Learn
How to interact and communicate effectively with clients.
Job setup, client setup, and crew assignments.
How to create proposals and assist with sales.
Understanding safety practices at Yellowstone.
Use of key company software.
What We’re Looking For
Cumulative educational qualifications: certificates, associate’s, or bachelor’s in plant science, horticultural sciences, business, or related.
Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape management industry.
Can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
Clean driving record.
Strong communication skills.
