Job Details: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to serve as a key connector between our Sales and Marketing teams. This role involves identifying new business prospects and nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive company growth.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of generating leads from marketing campaigns, consistently achieving sales targets, and effectively closing deals. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy relationship-building, and are driven by results, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Focus on generating new business within the Atlanta region by identifying and pursuing qualified opportunities.
Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
Keep the CRM system updated with accurate and timely information to support the sales team’s efforts.
Track and report performance metrics, including monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Represent the company to prospective clients and tailor presentations to their needs.
Participate in networking events to expand the company’s professional reach and reputation.
Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored products or services.
Customize solutions to boost client satisfaction and increase retention.
Build lasting relationships to promote long-term partnerships and continued growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in creating and executing sales strategies (prospecting, setting meetings, closing deals).
At least two years of experience in a sales role related to commercial roofing.
Familiarity with CRM systems and the sales process.
Experience selling to property managers, building owners, commercial properties.
