BAS Project Manager

VIGO Recruitment is partnering with a leading provider of
Building Automation Systems (BAS)
to find an experienced
Project Manager
to join their team. This company delivers advanced solutions for
HVAC, security, lighting control , and
indoor environmental quality .
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key BAS projects from start to finish — overseeing planning, execution, and completion. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project delivery. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership position and work on complex projects for high-profile clients, including hospitals, college campuses, manufacturing plants, military sites, and data centers.
What You’ll Be Doing Project Management
Manage BAS installation projects, from initial planning to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress.
Resolve any issues that arise during installation or commissioning.
Client & Financial Oversight
Handle project budgets, forecasts, and billing cycles.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and suggest system improvements where needed.
Project Execution & Closeout
Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and meet all client requirements.
Oversee system commissioning and handover.
Document all project details and lessons learned to improve future processes.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience managing projects in new construction or renovations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in the construction or building systems industry is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
