based in Tampa Bay, Florida. They primarily partner with home service businesses — such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing companies — helping them transform their fleets into powerful mobile advertising tools. With projects ranging from small truck wraps to large fleet installations, they stand out in the industry for their quality, reliability, and seamless customer experience.
Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join the sales team full-time. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals — while following a proven sales playbook and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales campaigns through calls, text messages, and emails.
Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to quoting and closing.
Maintain accurate and organized records of leads and activities within the CRM.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Work U.S. business hours (starting around 9 AM ET).
Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in
B2B sales , preferably in consultative or high-ticket products/services for U.S. markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet performance goals.
Bonus: Background in
vehicle wraps, signage, or graphic services .
