A growing Home & Pet products company is seeking an experienced and results-driven
E-Commerce Manager
to take ownership of its multi-channel online sales strategy. This is a high-impact role responsible for overseeing daily marketplace operations, optimizing performance, and driving strategic expansion. The ideal candidate will inherit an established business and be tasked with maximizing profitability, strengthening marketplace presence, and significantly expanding market share. Principal Responsibilities
Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including inventory synchronization, listing accuracy, and catalog management across all platforms. Manage PPC campaigns, optimize listings, and conduct continuous SEO and keyword research to improve rankings and conversions. Coordinate fulfillment processes, including FBA, and ensure compliance with marketplace requirements. Collaborate with wholesale and logistics teams to streamline operations and maintain optimal stock levels. Identify and onboard new product opportunities, markets, and channels to expand sales and customer reach. Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to inform pricing, promotions, and strategic decisions. Ensure seamless integration between internal systems and external marketplace platforms. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations for physical products. Mandatory platform expertise:
Amazon: Expert proficiency with Seller Central, Vendor Central, and FBA operations. Major retail platforms such as Walmart, Target, etc., with experience managing accounts and driving sales performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
