We have more than 6,400 employees and associates in our partner dental practices and operate nationwide.**Job Description:****Location:** Must reside in Iowa**The opportunity:**The Senior Compliance Analyst (SCA) will provide a broad range of compliance services in support of the business of DentaQuest and its affiliates (the “Company”).
Their primary responsibility is for the end-to-end servicing of state and health plan contract work, from generating the initial client contract draft, coordinating approvals and execution, tracking implementation, and preparing submission of all client audits of those contracts.**How you will contribute:*** Manage approval process for new contracts and amendments, including scheduling meetings with subject matter experts, legal and clients as required.* Capture internal and external revisions throughout the drafting process.* Prepare final contracts/amendments for execution.* Quality check and ensure appropriate SME approvals are captured for all amendments and contracts prior to obtaining signature(s).
Identify any inconsistencies in SME approvals and amendment changes and escalate.* Maintain database or other storage solution for executed contracts* Intake client audit requests, including audit tools, from clients and disseminate deliverable requirements with appropriate background and context to internal subject matter experts* Review and ensure complete and accurate audit responses prior to client submission* Host onsite and desktop audits with clients, including the coordination of SME interviews with the clients* Audit contract compliance and metric requirements* Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with DentaQuest clients* Intake or generate new contracts and amendments to analyze and assign sections to appropriate departments.* Other duties as needed or required**What you will bring with you:*** Bachelor’s degree is required* 3 + years of experience in compliance, legal or regulatory functions* 1+years of health care or insurance benefits experience* Working knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial insurance regulations.* Ability to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary* Ability to analyze laws and regulations and identify and prioritize relevant content for updating policies and procedures* Ability to interpret contract provisions, laws and regulations and communicate that information to management and line personnel* Ability to analyze contract risks and recommend controls to solution for risk* Ability to assume a reasonable level of individual responsibility, to handle multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time and to work collaboratively in a nonhierarchical department structure* Ability to interface with various levels of management, as well as with internal and external clients and subject matter experts* Strong writing skills, with extensive policy and procedure writing experience required* Strong verbal communication skills* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills* Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail* Strong PowerPoint and advanced Excel capabilities preferredto stay connected until the time is right for you!We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel they belong, are supported and empowered to thrive.
