YOUR ROLE Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00

Accountable for managing strategic, comprehensive, and complex 3PL/4PL projects focused on new business, re‑engineered opportunities, cost improvements, and operational efficiencies from inception to delivery. Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment with CEVA’s guiding principles and core values.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring objectives are met on schedule and within budget.

Collaborate with business unit management to review proposed projects, assess feasibility, and develop ROI business justification studies.

Develop detailed project charters and plans, including scope, budget, schedule, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies.

Engage stakeholders, coordinate activities, communicate changes, and foster commitment to achieve project success.

Partner with IT to define technical requirements and document critical success criteria.

Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to cross‑functional teams on forecasting, tracking, and executing project tasks.

Establish communication plans and conduct regular briefings with business sponsors and management.

Develop KPI metrics and monitor performance to assess project impact.

Assist in creating implementation teams and ensuring global communication across the company.

Ensure compliance with CEVA policies, ISO 9002, and applicable regulations.

Develop standard operating procedures, training materials, and support post‑mortem assessments.

Maintain staff development programs, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues promptly.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

5–7 years of progressive project management experience in transportation logistics or supply chain management.

Minimum 5 years industry experience and 3 years supervisory or managerial experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Working knowledge of IT technical disciplines, systems architecture, operating systems, programming environments, databases, SCM, CPM/CPIM, MS Project, WMS, and TMS packages.
