E-Commerce Operations Coordinator
to support daily site management, product uploads, reporting, and data accuracy. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented,
Shopify - and
Excel-experienced professional
who enjoys optimizing online retail performance.
RESPONSBILITIES
Upload new products and ensure accurate data across all listings.
Track sales and build weekly/monthly reports.
Monitor inventory and site functionality to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Support promotions, markdowns, and new collection launches.
Collaborate with customer service to manage order inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of e-commerce or data entry experience.
Strong skills in
Shopify
and
Excel
(VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
Organized, analytical, and adaptable.
Bonus: Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, or SEO knowledge.
