PK-12 Administrator

Giltner Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Administrator to join our PK–12 leadership team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will be intentionally structured to align with the strengths, experience, and leadership skills of the successful candidate. Giltner is a progressive, community-focused district that values collaboration, instructional excellence, and strong relationships among students, staff, families, and the community. The Administrator will work primarily with PK–6 students and teachers, while also supporting district-wide initiatives. Experience or interest in MTSS, literacy leadership, district assessment coordination, special education leadership, or instructional coaching is preferred, though not all areas are required. Responsibilities will be shaped to fit the candidate’s background and district needs. Applicants must hold or be eligible for a Nebraska Administrative Certificate. Strong communication skills, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to student and staff growth are essential.
