Key Responsibilities:
Plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, and upkeep.
Inspect different equipment and perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
Perform maintenance tasks using hand and power tools.
Essential Job Requirements We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment and perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, and be highly skilled with various hand and power tools.

CPR/First Aide Certificate
Negative TB Test and Health Screening
In-person work location at Glen Park at Long Beach, located at 1046 E 4th St, Long Beach, CA 90802
Available shift:
AM Shift: 9AM to 5:30PM (Monday to Friday)
