Job Description At GDIT, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. As a Logistics Analyst you will:

Work with local vendors to purchase supplies, conduct pricing development, data collection, analysis and comparison.

Assist with shipping and receiving parts and equipment, including turn‑in of old equipment to DLA Disposition Services.

Document, optimize operation processes, resolve inventory tracking issues, provide customer service and reconcile resolutions.

Enter data into multiple databases (GCSS‑Army, LIW, AESIP, FEDLOG) for complex supply transactions.

Coordinate shipments using commercial and government transportation methods; support technicians with maintenance processing and opening/closing work orders.

Control flow of goods, services, and information between origin and customer placement.

Provide logistical support for procurement, receiving, identification, records, movement, storage, physical inventories, reporting, utilization, vehicle and equipment maintenance, disposition, and asset management.

Prepare shipping documents, maintain records of shipments, consolidate orders, and update asset records in the GDIT Asset Management database.

Perform 100% quarterly asset inventory per CDRL; assist in utilization reviews to identify excess/obsolete property.

Provide training to program personnel and property custodians; maintain calibration due lists and support Army logistics processes.

Support customer logistics requirements through analysis, organization, planning, and administration of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Education:

High School Diploma with 8+ years experience, or Bachelor of Arts/Science with 2+ years related experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with GCSS Army and operational knowledge within maintenance and supply.

Security Clearance:

Active & Valid Secret clearance required.

Travel up to 25% of the year; onsite work location, no remote work.

Valid passport with at least two years before expiration.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$67,944 – $91,924 (based on experience, location, and contractual requirements)
