Role Overview:
The Associate Regional Product Manager supports the Global Category Marketing team in bringing global product strategies to life across international markets. This role helps coordinate product development, regional rollouts, lifecycle updates, and cross-functional alignment throughout the stage-gate process. Working closely with global category management, regional marketing, and operations teams, this individual ensures product initiatives move efficiently from concept to market while staying aligned with local needs and global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Stage-Gate & Project Support
Support the movement of product initiatives through the stage‑gate process by coordinating timelines, gathering inputs, and tracking progress.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure project documentation, briefs, claims, and supporting materials are complete and up to date.
Identify risks or delays and escalate to the Senior Regional Product Manager as needed.
Product Rollouts & Market Adaptation
Assist in adapting global products for regional markets while minimizing formula, labeling, and packaging changes.
Coordinate with regulatory and packaging teams to collect market requirements and ensure compliance.
Track and document variations across markets to support manufacturing efficiency and cost control.
Portfolio & Roadmap Coordination
Help maintain the regional product roadmap, logging new initiatives, reformulations, and discontinuations.
Gather market feedback and performance data to support prioritization discussions.
Prepare portfolio updates and trackers for market, OBU, and global stakeholder meetings.
Global–Local Alignment
Serve as a communication conduit between global category teams and local markets, ensuring timely sharing of assets, positioning, and updates.
Support the adaptation of global messaging and claims to meet local insights and regulatory needs.
Facilitate market feedback loops for global category management and brand teams.
Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Preparation
Assist in developing business case components, such as competitive scans, consumer insights summaries, forecasts, and pricing recommendations.
Help coordinate GTM readiness materials, including launch timelines, packaging briefs, fact sheets, and marketing asset distribution.
Track progress on launch deliverables to support timely market execution.
Qualifications
3–5 years
of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, project management, or related fields
Experience supporting
global or regional product launches
preferred
Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals (positioning, claims, consumer needs)
Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and cross‑functional processes
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience with project management software (Monday.com a plus)
Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
