Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that our stock levels are optimal. You will engage in regular cycle counts of inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and support our overall inventory management process. Our team values collaboration and communication, so we are looking for someone who can work well with others while taking initiative and being proactive. Location, Shift & Pay
Pay: $19.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime as needed
Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168
Responsibilities
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and adjustments.
Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management.
Collaborate with others to ensure smooth operations and accurate stock levels.
Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices within the facility.
Identify and report any inventory management issues or concerns to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
Requirements
Proven experience in inventory management or warehousing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to operate inventory management software or systems.
Basic math skills for counting and reconciling inventory.
Previous forklift and order picker experience.
