Global Supply Chain Planner II At Boston Scientific, the Global Supply Chain Planner II position will coordinate and control demand planning activities for Service Parts in our growing Capital Equipment Business.

Your Responsibilities

Computer and Systems Knowledge: solid knowledge of Microsoft suite, proficiency in Excel, SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response planning systems.

Data Analytics: conduct analytics on business problems, produce, retrieve and interpret reports using standard systems and tools.

Inventory Management: daily monitoring of inventory levels, recommend inventory targets, manage inventory cycles, and communicate updates to marketing and regional planners.

Manage Forecast Inputs / Improve Forecast Accuracy: collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and regional planners to set the forecast, present data to improve accuracy and reduce bias.

SI&OP Process: facilitate portions of cross‑functional SI&OP Demand Planning and Net Requirements meetings, collaborate with global peers, and support projects or analysis from the SI&OP process.

Manage Product Lifecycle Events: prepare product lifecycle SI&OP templates, ensure sufficient inventory per event, and recommend changes to inventory strategy.

Partnership with Clinical Supply Chain: partner with Clinical Supply Chain to understand study inventory needs, provide additional considerations for forecasting, and include clinical study demand in overall forecast.

Master Data Maintenance: ensure GSCP‑owned fields are complete and accurate, maintain training for SOPs and planning system master data.

Project Management: develop and document project plans, lead small to moderate scope projects, and resolve issues with prescribed guidelines or policies.

Leadership: provide informal guidance to new team members.

Supply Chain Design: represent the supply chain within a product line, supporting end‑to‑end design for launches, acquisitions, integrations, and site transfers.

Required Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning, materials management, manufacturing planning, or inventory control.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent.

Working experience with DRP, MPS, MRP, SAP or ERP System.

PC skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Consistently performs to high accuracy and with a high attention to detail.

Adaptable, flexible, and willing to accept new ideas, processes and procedures.

Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

APICS Certification is a plus.

Working experience with Kinaxis/Rapid Response & SAP.

Compensation Minimum Salary: $58,200 Maximum Salary: $110,500
