Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
Collect and record data on observable client behavior
Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavior management techniques
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Background in social work, special education, or behavioral health is a plus
Patient care experience is beneficial

Job Type Part‑time
Pay $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends as needed
Experience Behavioral health: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute Dearborn Heights, MI (Required)
Ability to Relocate Dearborn Heights, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
