Strong communication skills in German(C1) and English (C1). Good knowledge of Office 365. A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to assist others. Team player with a positive and open-minded approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide first level support for IT systems, assisting with basic hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) and logistics system challenges with guidance from senior staff. Help manage user accounts and permissions.
